Astro-Vastu, Precisely Aligned to Your Space and Horoscope
Developed by an Airline Captain with engineering discipline, combining classical Vastu and astrology for precise, real-world application.
Most people approach Vastu looking for solutions to real-life problems — health concerns, financial instability, relationship challenges, or family issues. What is often overlooked is that the real influence comes from how the house interacts with the people living in it and their individual horoscopes.
Serious decisions deserve
structured guidance
Designed for individuals and families — professionals, business owners, homemakers, and NRIs — making serious decisions about their living environment. Especially relevant for those dealing with:
What every consultation
guarantees
The home analysed in relation to the people living in it — not as a generic structure.
Sustainable and implementable. No demolition — intelligent adjustments through usage and placements.
No exaggerated claims, no blind rule-following. The focus is clarity and long-term stability.
Gridded with professional tools. Structured, measured, and accountable — not based on approximation.
Astro-Vastu Is a Complete System
— Not a Partial Analysis
Integrated into a Single, Precise System
Why Astro-Vastu
Goes Further
"In most multistorey buildings, flats in the same vertical stack have nearly identical layouts. Yet the people living in them experience very different outcomes in health, finances, and relationships. If Vastu were purely direction-based, these outcomes should be similar."
In reality, each individual's horoscope interacts differently with the same space. The missing layer in much of modern Vastu practice is the chart.
Traditionally, Vastu was not practised in isolation. It was applied alongside Jyotish. Vastu without astrology remains an incomplete application of the original system.
Many modern Vastu practices focus mainly on directional analysis. Far fewer integrate precise gridding with detailed astrology at a practical, room-by-room level. This integration is where deeper, personalised corrections become possible.
Astro-Vastu brings the space
and the chart together
Directions, zones, elements, Devtas, and Marmas — mapped with engineering-grade precision across 16 zones and the Brahmasthan.
Planets, houses, dashas, and karmic patterns — analysed using KP astrology and a Vedic foundation for each key family member.
Each floor, room, and space aligned to the person using it — ensuring the environment supports their individual life path and corrects what needs correcting.
17+ Years of Precision Across
Aviation, Engineering & Astro-Vastu
Before starting independent Astro-Vastu work, Captain Saurav Jetley's professional life was built around accuracy, responsibility, and systems thinking.
Experience at Airbus working with aeronautical charts, building maps from scratch, and operating at the highest levels of quality assurance and production. Backed by an engineering foundation, this translates directly into the ability to read, interpret, and grid complex house plans with precision.
Daily responsibility for aircraft, passengers, and crew builds discipline, decision-making ability, and directional awareness. Vastu is fundamentally about directions — aviation operates on the same principles of precision and accountability.
A strong foundation in spatial energy mapping, including Devtas, Marmas, and advanced applied techniques, supported by an extensive applied case database and rooted in classical shastras.
Specialization in KP astrology, known for its precision and timing, with a strong foundational understanding of classical Vedic astrology. This allows direct and practical mapping of planetary influences onto the home and individual spaces within it.
Early exposure to shastras and spiritual sciences — mantra and yantra-vigyan — combined with long-term practical experience in subtle energy work. The approach remains grounded, rational, and free from superstition or fear-based narratives.
Certified nutritionist with advanced certifications in sports physiology and human performance. This enables a deeper understanding of how environment, routine, and human biology interact, adding another layer to how a space influences wellbeing.

How the Astro-Vastu
Process Works
Every consultation follows a structured and layered process.
The floor plan is scaled and gridded using professional tools. All sixteen directions, the Brahmasthan, cuts, extensions, and subtle deviations are mapped accurately rather than estimated. Nearby surroundings are also analysed in detail using tools such as Google Earth to assess external influences on the property.
Elemental strengths and imbalances assessed through a structured bar chart, helping prioritise which corrections matter most.
Energy fields across the space are identified to understand where specific influences are blocked, overactive, or underutilised.
Sensitive energy points are marked carefully — even small changes in these zones can create significant impact.
Birth charts of key family members analysed using KP and classical astrology. Each floor, individual room, and space aligned to the person using it.
Astrological corrections are not prescribed as external rituals. They are implemented within the home using specific materials, colours, metals, gemstones, yantras, and spatial placements—integrated through direction and usage patterns to ensure practical, subtle, and sustainable results.
A clear implementation plan is provided, along with continued support over WhatsApp and Zoom—typically over 1–6 months, depending on the depth of the engagement—so that changes are applied correctly and refined where necessary.
Questions & Clarity
No urgency-driven communication or pressure to proceed. Questions are encouraged, and the process moves forward only when there is full clarity.
In consultations, I have repeatedly seen that when a particular house in the horoscope is afflicted, the corresponding direction in the property is often also under stress. This is why generic advice rarely works at a deeper level. A person may be facing business stagnation, marital strain, recurring health issues, or career blocks, but the real issue is often that they are unknowingly spending time in the wrong zone, or living in a space that is amplifying the very problem already shown in the chart.
My method is to identify the exact problem first, then trace it through the birth chart, the running dasha, the afflicted or supportive planets, and the corresponding directional zone in the property. From there, the correction is personalised. The goal is to create a space that supports health, relationships, career movement, business stability, and mental balance in a measurable, individualised way.
What makes this approach different is that the same property does not affect every person in the same way. A house interacts with the horoscope of the people living in it, so the outcome is not just about the structure — it is about how that structure meets the individual’s birth chart and running dasha. This is also why I do not treat Astro-Vastu as a collection of random remedies. It is a diagnostic and correction system. The goal is to understand what is being amplified, what is being blocked, and which part of the space should be adjusted so the environment starts supporting the person instead of resisting them.
A common misconception is that Vastu only works if major demolition or structural changes are done. In reality, demolition is extremely rare and usually not the first option. Most cases can be handled through practical, reversible, non-invasive corrections that do not alter the property permanently.
For apartments and rented homes, the corrections usually focus on room usage changes, sleeping and working direction, activating favourable zones, deactivating stressful zones, furniture placement, elemental balancing, and practical directional adjustments. This approach is especially useful for people who do not own the property, because it does not depend on structural permission.
For me, astrology is not an extra layer added for show. It is used to understand timing, the specific concern involved, and which chart factors are actually relevant to the space. In practice, that means the horoscope is used to refine the spatial analysis, not replace it. Astro-Vastu bridges that gap. It takes the chart, the house, and the person together, and turns them into a practical corrective strategy.
If a detailed astrological reading adds clear value to the consultation, it is included within the higher-level package. The emphasis remains on usable insight, not on isolated prediction.
This is one of the biggest misunderstandings in mainstream Vastu. The same direction can support one family member and create strain for another. It can be helpful in one phase of life and unhelpful in another. That is why direction-only advice often feels incomplete in real life.
In my work, I look at how the house is interacting with the person. The point is not to label a direction as “good” or “bad.” The point is to understand what it is doing for that specific person at that specific time.
Most corrections are done through room and function changes, directional usage, placements, zoning changes, materials, metals, gemstones, and yantras where relevant. Demolition is considered only in very rare and extreme situations. Even then, it is never the first response and never something I recommend casually. The principle is always to preserve the structure if possible and work with the space in the most efficient and least disruptive way.
Instead of asking a person to carry a remedy separately from their routine, I work through the home — through the directions, the rooms, the placements, and the way the occupant uses the space. This makes the correction part of daily living rather than an added burden. A person may forget a ritual or be unable to maintain a complex remedy, but they will continue living in their home every day. When the environment is aligned properly, the correction becomes continuous and natural.
Those are usually the first signs that the environment is becoming less resistant. Over time, that may expand into more visible shifts in career, relationships, finances, decision-making, and overall life stability. Deeper results usually take time. What I have consistently seen is that when the right problem is targeted in the right way, the benefits tend to appear in layers. So the work is not about dramatic overnight promises. It is about creating the correct conditions for meaningful change.
KP Astrology, developed by Sri K.S. Krishnamurti, is a more precision-focused system built on Vedic foundations. It uses sub-lords and finer divisions within the zodiac to narrow down results with much greater specificity. In simple terms, Vedic Astrology often tells you the larger pattern, while KP Astrology helps identify the exact outcome and timing with more detail.
My approach is analytical and practical, much like my aviation background. In aviation, you do not rely on vague impressions; you work with systems, patterns, sequencing, and exact conditions. I bring that same discipline into astrology and Vastu. In practice: Vedic Astrology gives the broader framework, KP Astrology gives the sharper timing and event-level detail, and Astro-Vastu uses both to connect the horoscope with the physical space.
However, a to-scale floor plan is important. I treat the floor plan almost like the birth chart of the house. If the plan is incorrect, the foundation of the analysis becomes weak. That is why accurate gridding is such an important part of the process. If a proper floor plan is not available, a measured plan can be arranged through a draftsman or through a site visit, and then the analysis can proceed properly. The goal is always accuracy first.
When supported by a proper to-scale floor plan, Google Earth direction verification, photos, and a guided walkthrough, the analysis becomes highly accurate and very practical to implement. The horoscope provides the core intelligence, and the space is then read against that framework. A site visit can still be useful in certain cases, but it is not mandatory for most apartments and standard homes.
